Job Summary:
Dynamic sales professional with proven expertise in key account management, business
development, and client relationship management. Skilled in driving sales growth through strategic
engagement with architects, designers, PMCs, and end users. Strong in market intelligence,
solution-based selling, and negotiation, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering value driven results.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving agreed sales budgets by effective account management.
• Drive the business through relationship building with key Architects/Designers, PMCs and End
User clients Globally.
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch.
solution pitch; negotiation & opportunity closure.
• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects,
competitive activity, new customers etc.
• Maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of the HNI offerings.
Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and
objectives.
Work Experience and Skills:5 + Years of experience- Exposure to project (corporate interiors) selling with Designer& PMC
focus Teamwork, mainly dealing with Global Clients are most preferred.
Communication -Good English Fluency to handle Global Clients.
